A history of ear surgery
A current ear infection
A perforated eardrum
Certain long-term ear conditions

To improve treatment effectiveness, you will be advised to use olive oil or spray in the affected ear(s) prior to your appointment. This helps soften the wax and allows for easier, safer removal. Full guidance will be provided when booking.
